FABIO MORO
Fabio Moro is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been training for over 25 years and has dedicated himself to teaching and promoting total body health and fitness. As a novice competitor in 2001, he placed 5th in the lightweight division of the world-renowned Los Angeles BodyBuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships. A year later in 2002, he placed 4th in the Heavyweight class. Again in 2004, he placed 6th in the novice lightweight division. In 2010, Mr. Moro again placed 2nd in a tight and highly competitive weight class. KAY SMITH
Kay is a functional strength and wellness coach who helps clients build real-world strength that lasts. Her training style blends powerlifting fundamentals with injury-conscious movement, focusing on sustainable progress, mobility, and longevity. With a strong foundation in post-rehab fitness, she specializes in guiding clients who are 1+ years post-op, helping them safely return to strength after surgery or injury. She’s also a Certified Nutrition Coach who supports clients in building long-term habits that go beyond quick fixes. In addition, Kay works extensively with women through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Her deep core and pelvic floor training helps new moms rebuild strength from the inside out while maintaining fitness during pregnancy and beyond. Whether coaching someone back from surgery or helping a client feel strong in their everyday life, her mission is simple: build a body that works for you- strong, resilient, and ready for whatever life throws your way!

GARRETT EASTERLY
Garrett believes in a balanced, disciplined, and consistent approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle. With years of experience in sports and weightlifting, he brings a deep understanding of both athletic performance and general fitness. As a former Division I collegiate rugby player, he learned firsthand the critical role that proper rest, recovery, and smart training play in reaching peak performance. Garrett earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ohio University and is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and personalized training programs. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, shed weight for the summer, or train for a specific sport, Garrett is committed to helping you unlock your full potential and achieve your personal fitness goals.

SARAH CANTWELL
Sarah Cantwell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over seven years of strength training experience. As a former volleyball player, she understands the discipline, structure, and mindset required to build lasting results. Sarah specializes in strength training and performance-based programming, combining proper form, and progressive overload to help clients grow stronger with purpose. Her coaching style is supportive, high-energy, and results-driven. Sarah is passionate about helping clients build confidence both inside and outside the gym, creating customized programs that challenge them while remaining sustainable. Whether your goal is to gain strength, improve performance, or simply feel your best, Sarah is committed to helping you become the strongest version of yourself.
